Ridgecrest Dairy is a small artisan cheese company
specializing in the manufacture of Panir Cheese and Panir
based product. We have been supplying our Panir to
the finest South Asian restaurants, caterers, and grocery
stores since 1986.
Our primary focus is on doing it right! We
manufacture a traditional style Panir made from whole
milk. We take nothing out of the milk and add only
the ingredients that are absolutely necessary for making our products.
We use no additives
or preservatives
to lengthen the shelf life or to enhance appearance.
We have mastered our trade and maintain the highest
quality and standard our customers have come to rely on
and expect from us.
