Fry
- Panir Style
To
prepare Ridgecrest Panir, cut into bite sized pieces
and sauté in a little cooking oil on medium heat
until golden brown, or as an alternative try
broiling the cubes in the oven and set aside.
One
onion
One green pepper
One red or yellow pepper
One stock of broccoli
One half head of cauliflower
Any other vegetable you like
Sauté
the vegetables in lightly oiled skillet until
vegetables are heated through but not overly cooked.
Add the sautéed panir and your favorite stir fry
sauce and cook at medium heat until hot. Spoon the
stir fried panir and vegetables over rice or
noodles, garnish with roasted almonds or peanuts,
serve immediately.
Serves
4 to 5 people.
